It's Halloween Night and I am dressed waiting to attend a Masquerade Ball. I scanned through some emails which I normally don't do on the weekend but I was APPALLED as to my findings.
It's ok ..however since in life we all have issues to deal with and the way to deal with this is just to work harder. We have had a positive flow of incoming business this last quarter. It is definitely overwhelming. It time to work hard and make this last quater the best of the year by far.
We have decided to go in a different direction as far as our company is concerned. We have a variety of options to deal with new and incoming business. Most of which are via referrals or old offers coming to fruition.
We are excited for our new deals and projects and cannot wait to to move on to the next level.

Today is an interesting day. I just took some time out from my busy schedule to configure my new phone. This is why I am able to find time to post on my blog.
I just recently purchased a Blackberry Torch. It is an excellent phone. I am however an iPhone user and prefer the simplicity of the iPhone so its taking some getting used to.
Now about our business:- Its been great. I have been extremely busy and have several deals in the works. Four closings tomorrow.
We have taken on a seasoned agent and hired an assistant. The only additional difference now is that we have multiply offices as opposed to one location to better serve our clientele. We operate in Brooklyn, New York City and Lake Success, NY.
We have also sponsored a few events and look to do so in the future as well. Most of our business however has been repeat clientele and referrals. Those are the best kinds. We welcome new business as well.. ALWAYS.
We have since added our new LOGO and working on our new website.
As we speak I am awaiting a call from a REAL ESTATE BROKER in Texas and if all goes well this would be Ginormous . We are also working on deals in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Miami &
Costa Rica as we speak. This is not including New York our deals.
I know the schedule is crazy but I recently was invited to an event and possible participate or contribute to this cause. I have always wanted to give back or volunteer at some point and time.
I feel this Organization would be the right fit. It helps the neediest families in New York City. I will tell you more after my next meeting.
To all my friends and colleagues I must end now I will however keep you posted as to the latest
happenings and deals which we are involved in. See you again soon.
