It's been some time since our last post. This new year has started out extremely well with so many deals in the works we haven't had time for much else. Between emails, facebook, twitter, texting,voice mail and working etc we haven't had as much time to blog.
We are restructuring our organization in the meantime and relocating out offices and should be completed in a few weeks. We feel that putting money in staff (hiring) is also much better than paying high rent. Can't wait.
Our quota for this year '10 is 10 deals per month or $10M (Gross Sales) per month. It will be a lot of work to make this happen but this is 2010 we can do it. We have also been attending several expos and conventions in the month of January and February that we have also been taking time away from work for that as well.
This year we will concentrate on Residential Sales, Commercial Sales (not rental), Apartment /Condo Rentals and working with International Investors.
