Its been a while since we last posted on our blog. We have been busy which is a good thing.

What have we been up to?? Still haven't settled into new space but we are working on it. It hasn't stopped up from working however. New York has also had a few snow storms since our last post which has prevented us from getting some of our work or inspections done. This has caused minor delays but won't prevent us from fulfilling our obligations as brokers.

we are negotiating deals and have contracts out in several states and have closings lined up for March 1-15, 2010. We are meeting our quota set for our company 10 deals (contracts) or $10M in closing each month with a breeze.

We have also gotten into short sales. People tend to think only lower priced homes are dong short sales these days. You would be surprised at the multimillion dollar homes going for a lot less than original asking price.

We have 2 major major deals that we are currently working on. It's going to be real big. I will tell you more after its closed. It will definitely put Catalyst International Realty on the map.
